# Brand status

Earlier this year (2024) our initial [TM](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trademark) registration for DACBARBOS brand, expired. For the record, the brand was registered at Romania's state authority, [OSIM](https://osim.ro/en/).  As a result, there was a short window of time, during which, it could have been (theoretically) hijacked. The situation was addressed via a new registration submission, already on record (under review). Its current status can be verified online at OSIM Trademarks [Register](https://api.osim.ro:8443/tm-registry).
