Trademark(TM) registration

Earlier this year (2024) our initial TM registration for DACBARBOS brand, expired. For the record, the brand was registered at Romania's state authority, OSIM. As a result, there was a short window of time, during which, it could have been (theoretically) hijacked. The situation was addressed via a new registration submission, already on record (under review). Its current status can be verified online at OSIM Trademarks Register.
